Memorandum

about brotherhood and mutual cooperation between Scottish Knights Templar – Commandery for Central and Eastern Europe and The International Order Knights Of the Cross with a red heart (Cyriacs)

After diplomatic negotiations of the Head representative of the Scottish Knights Templar, His Serene Highness Petr II Michael Vojtisek Prince von Hahn Commander for the Central and Eastern Europe of the Autonomous Grand priory Scottish Knights Templar that has been initiated by Preceptor and Provincial Marshal of the Order (Scottish Knights Templar) for Central and Eastern Europe His Serene Highness Svatopluk Richard Vladislav Norbert Prince von Haugwitz with the Head representative of The International Order Knights Of the Cross with a red heart (Cyriacs) His Excellence Bc. Jiri Stanislav General Prior CCy., in the noble lands of former Czech Crown (Now The Czech Republic), both sides came to mutual consensus which has been confirmed in writing in January 2013 by the solemnly drawn

Memorandum about fraternity and mutual cooperation.

Military and spiritual Knightly Order Scottish Knights Templar, Commandery for Central and Eastern Europe and the International Order Knights of the Cross with a Red Heart (Cyriac) both prefer supporting international and local projects focusing on Charitable sphere (in the sense of helping those in need) and Military sphere in fulfilling their missions. The Knightly Order of Scottish Templar considers the intention to build an International Military Centrum for the NATO war veterans as a rehabilitation and retraining center in the Cyriac site in the Jemnice Castle (Třebíč region – the Czech Republic) to be a spectacular project in its focus because of the two spheres included in it- Charity and Warfare.

Scottish Knights Templar perceive the idea to name the International Centrum for the NATO war veterans after the Air Marschall Janoušek as an important step towards enhancing the Czech patriotism and national pride among the countries of the European Community where Czech soldiers historically have a strong position. It is obvious that the Czech Army perceives the whole project realised in the Czech Republic in the same way as it has gained patronage of the Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic, Mr. Alexandr Vondra, what we consider to be a promise of future cooperation with the Czech army on this project of the International Military Centrum for the NATO war veterans.
