In February 12, 2012 a Charity event named Welcoming the First Advent took place; Knights Templar in cooperation with Knights of the Cross with a Red Star and International Police Federation EU organised a programme dedicated to our seniors at Krizovnicke Square. Almost 4500 seniors attended the event where they could see the unique exposition of nativity scenes from all around the world at The Charles Bridge Museum for free and enjoy beautiful Christmas atmosphere. The Square was full of stands where seniors could refresh themselves with free tea, soup, hot vine, gingerbread cookies and received a package of scones and candles.

An opportunity to sail on the Vltava River in a heated ship where seniors received other refreshments also aroused great interest. Christmas Music Concert Musica Bohemica took place at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi at 6 pm.

Spots about Scottish Knights Templar and seniors were projected on a large screen TV directly on the Square all the evening.

Everyone could get a picture made by children from the Fund for Children in Need and Kangaroo houses for a voluntary contribution.

Costs of this event reached almost 960.000 Czech Crowns. After deducting the costs, the yield of the concert went to the Retired Priests and Senior Homes that we are supporting for a long time.
